Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa JZNC-XRK01 W/CPS-150F & XCP01C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MSK071E0450NNS1UG0NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKD071B061KP1KN manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC446B by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand LMS211S14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hirschmann such as MS201600SAAE equipment made by Hirschmann have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K4LCN4 by Honeywell and MS201600SAAE spares by Hirschmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBM400HR6G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
