Vectron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vectron PMS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vectron PMS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PMS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PMS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Linear such as the K2XG1012V18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CXZGC00219154279551 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MN100050E0121 by Manufacturer Velmex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Watlow Brand PC31F25B1100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as M1D0120100A02LN equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6031TD00 by Vipa and M1D0120100A02LN spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PVB20FRS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers.
