Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-clover SP114TD-10ND-01U-25SP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Trw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tschudin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsukasa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trw such as the LPAUSGTHY1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 721800203 manufactured by Tschudin and we are pleased to be able to service most Tschudin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TG05JAM25KA by Manufacturer Tsukasa as well.

Spare units by Ts-1194 such as TS1194 equipment made by Ts-1194 have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62690670 by Tsudakoma and TS1194 spares by Ts-1194 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
