Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the MXE25PBN08SK1500RFL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 91000 manufactured by Trerice and we are pleased to be able to service most Trerice systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11151216 by Manufacturer Torqmax as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Torqometr Brand 803TFU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyo-Denki such as QT39968 equipment made by Toyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 3510T made by Transmation as well as the popular 36049612 original spares produced by Tol-o-matic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLS15873 by Tol-O-Matic and QT39968 spares by Toyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
