Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rtp 021-5282-000C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Samtec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Otc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Samtec such as the SOK890 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9150027594 manufactured by Saab and we are pleased to be able to service most Saab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WL00955 by Manufacturer Otc as well.

Spare units by Sandex such as 10FN85182LS3VW1 equipment made by Sandex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 535461613 by Ryobi and 10FN85182LS3VW1 spares by Sandex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
