Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Radisys A6K-RSM-J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rapistan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rapid-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the CSRTD600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D103457ABA manufactured by Rapistan and we are pleased to be able to service most Rapistan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC74REVC by Manufacturer Rapid-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Raymond Brand 570427500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as GL300T002400 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CSINI800 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular BT6601VZ original spares produced by Red-Lion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SERIES6005163040 by Red-Lion and GL300T002400 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
