Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nortel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LID300B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W1201FA5PC5Z07F2 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT6D42CDE5 by Manufacturer Nortel as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Newport Brand 22056677R000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Novotechnik such as TS25 equipment made by Novotechnik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Novotechnik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Novotechnik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPE43D made by Nrd as well as the popular 302MCNSCF original spares produced by N-tron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 306FXE2SC15 by N-tron and TS25 spares by Novotechnik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
