Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mold-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Moog product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog such as the G464415A06P11000097 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM20XLSMLCDDISPLAY manufactured by Mold-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Mold-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G414614A by Manufacturer Moog as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Moog Brand 141203A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Montronix such as GL2A2C2E equipment made by Montronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Montronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Montronix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 156201 made by Moore-Industries as well as the popular SN4050B17 original spares produced by Moeller
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FAL36015 by Square-D and GL2A2C2E spares by Montronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
