Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Matrix 7911/USD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Max-Datwyler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matsushita parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Max-Datwyler such as the CH3368EM620E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PANADAC93201 manufactured by Matsushita and we are pleased to be able to service most Matsushita systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ11AW5Z by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mayr Brand 14004055 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsumoto such as 028302214 equipment made by Matsumoto have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
