Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mattec-Corporation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Merlin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mattec-Corporation such as the MIUTS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T25 manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3124220CT by Manufacturer Merlin as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Menziken Brand VK80 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mazak such as LCD100068 equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazak" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3D991 made by Magnetic-Power-Systems as well as the popular KEP12025 original spares produced by Marposs
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T62 by Magnetrol and LCD100068 spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
