Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech AL1244C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kop-Flex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Link-Belt product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marland such as the RMS14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50EHUBTLX1615 manufactured by Kop-Flex and we are pleased to be able to service most Kop-Flex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MWH250 by Manufacturer Link-Belt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Martin Brand 120B18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kisters such as E49526 equipment made by Kisters have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kisters products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kisters" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 100SF15H made by Martin as well as the popular 20T21750 original spares produced by Marley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 364198E by Love-Joy and E49526 spares by Kisters are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NM12040 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lufkin.
