Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 37505601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9250 manufactured by Gse and we are pleased to be able to service most Gse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 323551J by Manufacturer Haas as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Heidenhain Brand 325692 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grundig such as LCD120119 equipment made by Grundig have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grundig products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grundig" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 48R40001003 made by Gse as well as the popular 52739213 original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RG2H15 by Gurley-Precision-Instruments and LCD120119 spares by Grundig are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LS186C940 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
