We service and repair Festo YSR and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Festo YSR include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the YSR if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Frog-Navigation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fms parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Flowline product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Frog-Navigation such as the 907016A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BKSD3125 manufactured by Fms and we are pleased to be able to service most Fms systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC11 by Manufacturer Flowline as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fmx Brand CMSNR015HPMP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Focus such as 8753 equipment made by Focus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Focus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Focus" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESQXXFN by Foxboro and 8753 spares by Focus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
