Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley PLC-5/40C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the RA15A18004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the URG206F13 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PROYQ1J02427 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Invensys Brand UNC5102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as TSXP57454 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R7044G1092 made by Honeywell as well as the popular VF30 original spares produced by Eurotex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S292EHDSDI2 by Haivision and TSXP57454 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
