Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Zendex FAB C1000-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Zumbach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zero-Ion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Zycron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Zumbach such as the CH2552N6IO0013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZI100A manufactured by Zero-Ion and we are pleased to be able to service most Zero-Ion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 661091 by Manufacturer Zycron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ziatech Brand ZT2109WF1A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Zz-antriebe such as 980204 equipment made by Zz-antriebe have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VED20022CA1 by Zoltman and 980204 spares by Zz-antriebe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
