Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Woodhead 5136-DN-PCM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stanley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Star-Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Staefa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stanley such as the 21A108706 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P400NEWA manufactured by Star-Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Star-Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RDK9G by Manufacturer Staefa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Stanley Brand Q1001010001REVA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sterlco such as 3MRT1 equipment made by Sterlco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sterlco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sterlco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 232522030 made by Sterling-Electric as well as the popular X5077X5078PC700 original spares produced by Stanley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q1001010001 by Stanley and 3MRT1 spares by Sterlco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SDC020LFB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Star.
