We service and repair Viscom A1DI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Viscom A1DI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the A1DI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our A1DI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volkmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Visolux product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the VW3E1142R020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 72315G1 manufactured by Volkmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Volkmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VEGT6K7C by Manufacturer Visolux as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schneider Brand VX4A61100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vogel such as DB56G2120645 equipment made by Vogel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vogel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vogel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MS206C made by Walther as well as the popular VT130G15330B0HVT130G15330B0H original spares produced by Toshiba
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2180SB120 by Vorne and DB56G2120645 spares by Vogel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
