Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westamp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ward-Leonard product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westamp such as the BR7301000M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 922A5BB0B000 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RDP921100 by Manufacturer Ward-Leonard as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Weg Brand CFW08073BDN4A1Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Walter such as G201208R3T16SXP equipment made by Walter have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 7770 made by Vortec as well as the popular MT506SV45BL original spares produced by Weintek
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP08MHT80 by Wenglor and G201208R3T16SXP spares by Walter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
