Vectron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vectron BFR and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vectron BFR include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BFR if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BFR repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XCXXZ00896158073423 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DGM130RASAC by Manufacturer Vexta as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vegabar Brand BR52XMGP1TZKNXS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Velconic such as VLASV equipment made by Velconic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 811544873 by Warner and VLASV spares by Velconic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
