Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ultra Fab Technologies UFT-820 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taylor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tank parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takenaka product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor such as the 6007BE10000B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 258548A1 manufactured by Tank and we are pleased to be able to service most Tank systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS20TR24ampSS20TL24 by Manufacturer Takenaka as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tb-Woods Brand PL10V4B3N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taylor such as 126S4252 equipment made by Taylor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SW1C40010H01 by Tb-Woods and 126S4252 spares by Taylor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
