Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck PS100R-503-2UPN8X-H1141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the 8P125P2CB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U07075 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8P20P1G by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well.

Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as H15P1G equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
