Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck PC100-Gi1/4A4P-2AP8X-H1141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the 316669 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSD24EX manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UGCMED15OK65 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Unico Brand 704497 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turn-Act such as 1321110420 equipment made by Turn-Act have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turn-Act products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turn-Act" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3106512 made by Unico as well as the popular 3168711 original spares produced by Unico

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110129 by Unico and 1321110420 spares by Turn-Act are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 315701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unico.
