Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck CDN-IM-16-0003 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vindicator product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CM150DX24A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DM100 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DES6842 by Manufacturer Vindicator as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand CM600DU12F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as DABK9005 equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CM15MD124H made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CM100DU24F original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM1200HC50H by Mitsubishi and DABK9005 spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
