Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pdm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Payne-Engerineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pdm such as the E00354D0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MODELHM manufactured by Peco and we are pleased to be able to service most Peco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18EM6420 by Manufacturer Payne-Engerineering as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Payne-Engerineering Brand 18EZ410 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Partlow such as 4622402 equipment made by Partlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Partlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Partlow" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRS159571 made by Pawling as well as the popular BA12001042000 original spares produced by Partlow
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C450CPN3 by Penn and 4622402 spares by Partlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7223C30G02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Penny--Giles.
