Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Top Tech 2270V1.0-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the 3604E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CVSF0342HDA0100000000 manufactured by Trane and we are pleased to be able to service most Trane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCID04A4PAP8XH1141 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

Spare units by Toshiba such as CS8420Ci equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP77REG4124VP by Total-Control and CS8420Ci spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
