Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Telind DE2610/24/2/A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Textron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the KHL3625025DCI6I6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 500Z109 manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H0252 by Manufacturer Textron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Th-Zurrer Brand MFHASTG65N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tenney such as VersaTennIII equipment made by Tenney have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tenney products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tenney" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 502000 made by Telmar as well as the popular 5T1 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A0r102S60 by Thermal-Transfer and VersaTennIII spares by Tenney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TEC57401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tempco.
