Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tr-Bgt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsubaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the 751CSF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1940SK9513068981 manufactured by Tr-Bgt and we are pleased to be able to service most Tr-Bgt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40BTL72 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tb-Woods Brand 1104BSK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as C2082 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UT010005O made by Thompson as well as the popular RS60RIV original spares produced by Tsubaki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1060100 by Tolomatic and C2082 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
