Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shindengen such as the SY600010G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BD80N024035 manufactured by Swis and we are pleased to be able to service most Swis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10C438 by Manufacturer Sygnetron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Syntron Brand V41A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sygnetron such as AS020D38100 equipment made by Sygnetron have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available KS103100KS103100KS103100 made by Suruga-Seiki as well as the popular SS50RC original spares produced by Superior
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6981ED175368 by Cws-6w438 and AS020D38100 spares by Sygnetron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
