Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Suetron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Strongarm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takikawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Suetron such as the 11784 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 404151T0040505 manufactured by Strongarm and we are pleased to be able to service most Strongarm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LDM110 by Manufacturer Takikawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand CNHM16125YBAVB7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Szmwkj such as LA400C142 equipment made by Szmwkj have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Szmwkj products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Szmwkj" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12V7 made by Svf as well as the popular 40415100F original spares produced by Strongarm
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J761008BC by Sumitomo and LA400C142 spares by Szmwkj are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
