Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stahl MT-316-A-TX-TFT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fairchild products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fairbanks product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the CAM4KCL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C21B20VF2Y2 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCBR90501 by Manufacturer Fairbanks as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Extron Brand 209A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fadal such as VMC6030HT equipment made by Fadal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fadal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fadal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11001D made by Fadal as well as the popular SLG060010KXGSAM1218 original spares produced by Exlar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 316WDD by Fafnir and VMC6030HT spares by Fadal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2013007A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ezp.
