Spectra Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Spectra PowerTwin and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Spectra PowerTwin include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PowerTwin if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PowerTwin repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the H364NRB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8030RIM131 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SCG3S by Manufacturer Square-D as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Square-D Brand 8501XO44V02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as AS42C equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1602044 made by Squid-Ink as well as the popular 3588658A001 original spares produced by Square-D
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2510KW2H1317 by Square-D and AS42C spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KAL36751212 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
