Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew SF37 DT80N4/BMG/TF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sharp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sharp product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the ZM582SA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JW2PU manufactured by Sharp and we are pleased to be able to service most Sharp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JW10SU by Manufacturer Sharp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand CLV6500000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sharp such as ZM362SA equipment made by Sharp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sharp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sharp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1041792 made by Sick as well as the popular W10ZW28M122 original spares produced by Sharp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R43DT80K4 by Sew and ZM362SA spares by Sharp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
