Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sealevel 530R-OEM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sepac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semitool product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sepac such as the 10071 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 203233X30XXXXX manufactured by Sel and we are pleased to be able to service most Sel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16800 by Manufacturer Semitool as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sensotec Brand 75150905 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sealevel such as 5402e equipment made by Sealevel have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 07S00955104 made by Sepro as well as the popular 10000PSIG original spares produced by Senso-metrics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCU1 by Semi-Gas-Systems and 5402e spares by Sealevel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30Z485 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sem.
