Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 D2332b-Pack-Driver product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the R12A831802 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM80T250 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D2332B by Manufacturer D2332b-Pack-Driver as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
