Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rohde & Schwarz NRP-Z22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seeka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scienitific-Columbus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Revo-America product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seeka such as the GT3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XL31K5PAN7 manufactured by Scienitific-Columbus and we are pleased to be able to service most Scienitific-Columbus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCPIR1 by Manufacturer Revo-America as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Seeka Brand STM108RL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensaphone such as IMS4001 equipment made by Sensaphone have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4700600 by Red-Lion and IMS4001 spares by Sensaphone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
