We service and repair Rib ESRN and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Rib ESRN include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ESRN if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the TSXDMF344A34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES73525AH010AE0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6QM2010 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Square-D Brand RH10M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Huck such as SF46 equipment made by Huck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Huck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Huck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LAE10220V made by Siemens as well as the popular LR2D4367 original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6DD16000AJ0 by Siemens and SF46 spares by Huck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCS025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powerlogic.
