Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth VRPA1-51 / VT-VRPA1-51-11 / R900952204 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rad parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Raco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the APLPT400PROCESSTIMER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML2T1 manufactured by Rad and we are pleased to be able to service most Rad systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V23136 by Manufacturer Raco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rdi Brand 44PCA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Radisys such as EMCPS50 equipment made by Radisys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Radisys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Radisys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 920202 made by Radio-Frequency as well as the popular RT500S3WH original spares produced by Ranger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VC7309 by Rauland-Borg and EMCPS50 spares by Radisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNM140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rade-Koncar.
