Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rechner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Radnor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the KAS8034OM32PVCMS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7702408M manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAD6400379 by Manufacturer Radnor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reliance Brand 0286TD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rapistan such as DF62011349 equipment made by Rapistan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rapistan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rapistan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 14C106U made by Reiance as well as the popular SXRJ24 original spares produced by Quality
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 694481RJ by Reliance and DF62011349 spares by Rapistan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
