Quad Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quad 3000X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quad 3000X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 3000X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 3000X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raytek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Quipp product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raytek such as the AYMID20LT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1002110204 manufactured by Racon and we are pleased to be able to service most Racon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CountProII by Manufacturer Quipp as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Radisys Brand 61065140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raco such as V23136 equipment made by Raco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M13 made by Raytek as well as the popular REO444R original spares produced by Radio-energie
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB0901 by Qualitrol and V23136 spares by Raco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXM13B61048311 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
