Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface PS700-0S-Z510-DC-2G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pulsotronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Radisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pulsotronic such as the 84505000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EXM9 manufactured by Radisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Radisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APLIT415 by Manufacturer Red as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pyropress Brand T1102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pulsetrack such as A11448 equipment made by Pulsetrack have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulsetrack products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulsetrack" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G70LG1124V made by Pro-face as well as the popular Q4319GBH original spares produced by Rad

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Viper by Raven and A11448 spares by Pulsetrack are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XA0050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rechner.
