Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ransburg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ratoc-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ransburg such as the 7415102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS400GT41J124V manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PHI8 by Manufacturer Ratoc-Systems as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Promation-Engineering Brand P1A120N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proteam such as 107540 equipment made by Proteam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proteam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proteam" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS56BAS406 made by Prosoft as well as the popular SLV3 original spares produced by Qcept-Technologies
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGBT3070240T00 by Quick and 107540 spares by Proteam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
