Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix DZ-REZU-02030-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Phoenix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pillar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Phoenix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix such as the 2400184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AB71332B manufactured by Pillar and we are pleased to be able to service most Pillar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2972990 by Manufacturer Phoenix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Phoenix Brand PLCBPT24UC21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pi such as M126 equipment made by Pi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 31009R4 made by Pinnacle as well as the popular 2320186 original spares produced by Phoenix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP8NT306052 by Pilz and M126 spares by Pi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 243510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz.
