Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Penny & Giles HLP190/FS1/25/1K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Psc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reneshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pinnacle product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Psc such as the 0611001011001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A9568160701DSiQML20 manufactured by Reneshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Reneshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Box561 by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pinnacle Brand MG32OF20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rechner such as KAS8030ILM32 equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 39912 made by Pulsotronic as well as the popular 204044 original spares produced by Pepperl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPV6000AA01 by Pepperl and KAS8030ILM32 spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2xNiCrNi Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reckmann.
