Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron Z4LA-L10&Z4LA-D1030 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proportion-Air products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opto parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Oriental product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proportion-Air such as the MPMP6901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M4RTUIO manufactured by Opto and we are pleased to be able to service most Opto systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0342344 by Manufacturer Oriental as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Oriental Brand 2GN180SA2GN10XS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Videojet such as 356300 equipment made by Videojet have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 194V0 by Csi and 356300 spares by Videojet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z4LAL10ampZ4LAD1030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
