Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oerlikon-Leybold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 N-tron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oerlikon-Leybold such as the DI201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLMC200J20SNAA manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 716FX2SC by Manufacturer N-tron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Okuma Brand BLMC140E20TB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Obara such as 105D0218L equipment made by Obara have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Obara products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Obara" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EM0608A0305 made by Nsk as well as the popular MPS20 original spares produced by Okuma
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L1H25 by Nsk and 105D0218L spares by Obara are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
