Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cone-drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boston product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone-drive such as the MHO202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX8085P3 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QC732B20KB7G by Manufacturer Boston as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reliance Brand RE41WL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Winsmith such as msfd6 equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LHHM1 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular PS90025 original spares produced by Bayside
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M31516 by Tb-Woods and msfd6 spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
