Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nidec Avtron Automation AV30S2H32SA1X000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nrc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordock parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nordson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nrc such as the 883SL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 130985 manufactured by Nordock and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordock systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1033832A by Manufacturer Nordson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nippon-Bearing Brand SWFC20UU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Noshok such as 20020001227 equipment made by Noshok have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Noshok products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Noshok" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MECTMT made by Nmh-Mec as well as the popular 20MRK89 original spares produced by Norbro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K12807 by Nireco and 20020001227 spares by Noshok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESAJ2014TF120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
