Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion TDC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion TDC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TDC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TDC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mtb such as the FP1213049 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLOCK manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 912730 by Manufacturer Nexen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Neles-Jamesbury Brand VPJ10C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moxa such as AWK3131AM12RTGUST equipment made by Moxa have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available IC373 made by National-Instruments as well as the popular E3000C original spares produced by Nakanishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT7728FHVHV by Moxa and AWK3131AM12RTGUST spares by Moxa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
