Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion PCI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion PCI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PCI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PCI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nemko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemko such as the ES512073L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SME16GUU manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1035BC328 by Manufacturer Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand 201A0113 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ndc such as 5103TC equipment made by Ndc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ndc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ndc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ML104LL1023S made by Nematron as well as the popular MSW1409613N1112WR original spares produced by Mtl-Instruments-Inc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JWS10024 by Nemic-lambda and 5103TC spares by Ndc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
