Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-klean parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Miller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A1S75P2S3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCCSB4 manufactured by Micro-klean and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-klean systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLR2M by Manufacturer Miller as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand A1SP60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Misumi such as LS1004220E40PRC2 equipment made by Misumi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Misumi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Misumi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A1S71LP21 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 9800012001 original spares produced by Microscan
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A3NCPUP21 by Mitsubishi and LS1004220E40PRC2 spares by Misumi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
